In the first week, the site received 24,700+ visits and 29,500+ page views from across the United States, was shared 300+ times on Facebook, and has been used by residents in Palm Beach, Polk, Okeechobee, Martin, Citrus, and Nassau counties to understand what's being built near their homes.

Every county page, every risk score, every legislative summary, every source citation — it's all researched, written, and coded by hand. No AI-generated filler. No paywalls. No data collection beyond a free email signup.
